Our normal turnaround time is 2 weeks for non-implant based restorations and 3 weeks for implant Zirconia based restorations. Working time begins when the work arrives in the laboratory and excludes public holidays. However, we do understand that due to your patients’ needs you will sometimes need to expedite the treatment, so if you require a fast turnaround, please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your needs.

Absolutely. We limit the number of clients we work with to ensure that we can provide each of them with the service and quality of products that they deserve. Therefore, upon requesting a lab pack, we are happy to arrange a meeting at your clinic or here at the lab with our Managing Director Louis Bowling. The purpose of this meeting is to ensure that we understand you, your team, your working style & preferences and that we forge strong foundations for what we hope will be a long working relationship.
Don’t worry if you have a case that you wish to send us straight away though, we can complete the meeting afterwards if required.

We are able to service practices throughout Western Australia. We currently have Clients in Albany that experience the same standard of service as our customers 5 KM away. For Practices within a 20 KM radius of the laboratory our delivery driver will collect from and deliver to you. For businesses further afield we use Network couriers Or Express Aus Post depending on the time requirements, i.e., next day delivery.

Yes. We have a beautiful & welcoming environment for your patients to attend. Their partner/friend is welcome to relax with a coffee and a magazine in reception whilst they spend around 15 minutes with one of our ceramics technicians who will ensure that an accurate shade is taken and that any queries are answered.
